Why SMI? It’s a ‘Biblical way to go’

“We did not have health insurance because God’s been gracious,” Bill Jack of Worldview Academy says. “He meets our needs.”
“During that time when we didn’t have any insurance at all, my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. We wondered, ‘What are we going to do?’”
Bill had friends who were members of Samaritan Ministries, so although Tabby’s pre-existing cancer would not be publishable, Bill joined SMI with Tabby and their daughter, Ruby.
“We believe it’s a Biblical way to go. We’ve been encouraged by stories of people and just being able to participate and meet needs. We’ve been blessed, though we haven’t been able to use it for Tabby. I would encourage people to take advantage of a Biblical way of meeting needs in the Body.”
