The Doorpost: Singing praises to Him is the norm

Sing to Him, sing praises to Him;
tell of all His wondrous works!
Psalm 105:2
It is normal for those who love God to have hearts filled with songs of praise to the Lord.
Ephesians 5:18-20 says those who are filled with the Spirit will address one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with all our hearts, giving thanks always. Colossians 3:16 says the same thing about those who have the Word of God richly dwelling within us.
Singing in our hearts to the Lord can bring power into our lives far beyond words alone.
