Samaritan members blessed through help from Bluebook CareConnect

Bluebook CareConnect walked Samaritan members through the process

My husband needed outpatient surgery, and originally we scheduled it at our local hospital. A week before the surgery, we got a call asking for half down, which was $19,000! We had no idea it was going to cost that much, so we contacted Samaritan Ministries and were told about the free concierge service they offered through Valenz Bluebook CareConnect. We called and they took it from there, finding a surgery center that cost a lot less for the same procedure. They helped with getting records transferred, estimates, and much more. They walked with us through the entire process and were very prompt and excellent in their communication. We are very grateful for Jaleesa and her team for how they helped us these past couple of months. My husband had his surgery this past Monday. All went well and we couldn’t have done it without Valenz Bluebook and Samaritan. A huge thanks to both!

CareConnect helps member with two surgeries

The Bluebook concierge program CareConnect has been such a huge help with two major surgeries I have had. In both instances, it was such a relief to have someone step in and lift a great burden. First, they found a highly recommended surgeon in my area that I knew I could trust. The overwhelming cost of both surgeries were taken care of and negotiated on my behalf. If I had a question at any time, I could always reach the person assigned to my case and get the answers and advice I needed. Even though there was a glitch with the clinic at one point, they took care of it for me, and I did not have to carry the burden of worrying about the payments in addition to undergoing major surgery. As a member of Samaritan Ministries, this [concierge] service was offered to me free of charge and I am so thankful for the help I received in my time of need.

Bluebook ‘took care of everything’

Our experience with Valenz Bluebook was amazing! They took care of everything for us and checked in on us regularly. We received excellent medical help at a fraction of the cost if we had just done it ourselves. Christy was amazing! We will definitely use this again for health care needs!
