Noteworthy: So long to print, but hello to the next phase of the newsletter

I’ve been privileged to work on the Samaritan Ministries Christian Health Care Newsletter for 17 years, and I’m very excited to be part of its next phase.

This month’s issue will be the final one in this format. Starting in January, we will publish exclusively online on our blog. This change will not only save the ministry money on printing expenses, but it will give our newsletter team the ability to provide content throughout the month.

There is some sadness, however. I’m an old-time print guy. I love to assemble a publication for visual presentation. I love being able to hold a product I’ve been a part of creating.

But I’m also excited about how we’ll be able to serve you going forward. We’ll continue sharing your stories and information about how to redeem health care. We’ll continue to publish the good news about health care sharing and the Good News about Jesus Christ.

Please pray for us in this time of transition. As the early newsletter always said, “Send a note, pay your Share, and always stay alert in prayer.”
