Noteworthy: An unstoppable Church

I … urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace … (Ephesians 4:1-3).
Whether through an economic challenge or a pandemic, the Church is to remain united and focused on Jesus Christ. In this issue, we hear from pastors who, in light of the restrictions they’ve faced due to COVID-19, are re-envisioning where the “work of the ministry” really happens—among the priesthood of the believers, not just among the pastors! Whether their corporate worship is now virtual, indoors, outdoors, or curbside, the Church is still coming together as the Body of Christ.
Jesus said he would build an unstoppable Church (Matthew 16:18), and we get front-row seats to see how He’s doing that in 2022.
