Member messages: Sharing lifts 'great weight' for members

We are truly blessed. After being members for a few years, we just had our first experience receiving monthly Shares. It was humbling and changed the way we see this ministry. Receiving the hospital bills was overwhelming and not knowing how we would pay them was scary—that is, until we received the notice regarding the Shares headed our way. All skepticism was diminished with the arrival of the first checks and notes that accompanied them. We are in awe of this ministry and its members. Knowing there is a Christian community like this is incredible. Thank you to all those involved. Our family is so grateful. This has lifted a great weight. Praise God!

This ministry is such a blessing from God. With surgeries the past two years, we would have plunged into financial desperation if not for Samaritan Ministries. Instead, we have been blessed as the Shares have arrived. God’s provision has been amazing. The notes of care, concern, and prayer are beautiful and made me feel very loved by my brethren. One of the members even sent us a cake recipe that has become a family favorite. Thank you, Samaritan, for being there and thank you everyone who shared in our Need with prayer and financial support.
