As I sit here reflecting on the recent medical challenges my family and I have faced, the depth of your love and support and kindness washes over me like a wave of grace. Your willingness to share not only our financial burdens, but also your prayers and love, has been a true testament to the power of Christian community and the unwavering presence of Jesus in times of need. The past few months have been a whirlwind of doctor appointments, tests, and uncertainty. As we grappled with the worry and anxiety that comes with facing a health crisis, the knowledge that we are not walking this path alone brought immense comfort. The outpouring of prayers, messages, and well-wishes from fellow members of Samaritan Ministries was a constant source of strength. The financial aspect of our medical journey was further eased by the incredible generosity of the members. The knowledge that our medical bills were being shared and that our worries were being carried by a community of faith allowed us to focus solely on healing and recovery. It is a gift beyond measure, a tangible expression of Christ’s love that shines through your shared sacrifice. You have lived out the Gospel message in a way that has profoundly impacted our lives. You have shown us the true meaning of Christian love, of bearing one another’s burdens, and of walking together through life’s challenges. As we move forward, we carry your love and support with us. May God continue to bless and guide Samaritan Ministries and its members.

There has never been a time in my life that I have seen the Body of Christ at work more than after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The overwhelming love shown through encouraging words, acts of service, and giving sustains me each day of this life-long journey. Though discouragement can and does get us down, the Lord provides and lifts us up with His all-sufficient grace in our times of greatest need.
