Member letter: ‘We were blown away by the entire process’

As new members, we wondered just how this ministry could meet the financial needs of enormous medical bills. The next thing we knew, we were the ones with that need!
We were blown away by the entire process. We did all we could do to obtain discounts on our bills. Some were discounted 50 percent, and I was surprised at how easy it was to get that. When our need was published, we did indeed receive many checks in the mail, along with cards and notes expressing prayers and Bible verses. It was a very humbling experience. It was so awesome to see God’s hand with each envelope we received.

Now I look forward to mailing our share to a person with a need. I never felt that kind of joy before when I was sending a premium to an insurance company!
