Member letter: Trepidation gave way to edification

This was our first experience with submitting a need to Samaritan Ministries. While we loved the theory of sharing each other’s burdens within the body of Christ, to be honest, there was a little trepidation about just how this would work in practice. Getting notes of encouragement from strangers who were in actuality brothers and sisters in Christ was a wonderfully edifying experience.
Once published, the need was met promptly, and we were able to share with providers, friends, and family what Samaritan Ministries is all about. It’s so good to know that within our current health care system there is a Christian alternative.
