Member letter: Supporter pays their share

I am a seminary student in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I work part time and am also supported generously by believers who share our goal. My wife and I are planning to go to Latin America to train pastors. Obviously, to achieve that goal we cannot have mounds of debt, and having a baby is of course expensive, especially when there are complications. Therefore, we are grateful to God for the one supporter who pays our monthly share so we can participate in Samaritan Ministries. Moreover, we praise God for the brothers and sisters in Christ who so kindly shared toward our medical need as well as Samaritan Ministries and its staff who enable that sharing to take place.
We have completely paid our bills because of that help. It was awesome to see God provide significant discounts—up to $9,000 off the hospital bills, for example. Most importantly, we praise God for the safe delivery of Shiloh, our baby girl, and for her mom’s safety.
Most people through history have not had access to the quality of care we have in the United States, we are thankful for His provision. Thanks to Samaritan Ministries and its members who have been a channel of God’s great blessing!
