Member letter: Christ’s love through the Body of Christ

Our son had a tonsillectomy and it wasn’t long before the cards and letters came pouring in. It was so encouraging to know that so many people were praying for our son. Of course, a few cards spoke to my heart. When a couple of people wrote that they were going to pray for Shane every day that month, I was taken back. What a love for Christ, I thought. They don’t even know us yet, and they are praying every day for Shane and our family. It is wonderful to see and feel Christ’s love through the body of Christ.
