In Prayer: Bless His name with thanksgiving!

Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name! Psalm 100:4
When we receive a gift we like, we are grateful. We give thanks and sometimes praise the giver. The more we value the gift, the more grateful we are and the more we praise the giver.
Is your heart full of thankfulness to God? Does your mouth overflow with praise to Him Who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints? Do you express heartfelt gratitude to the One Who has delivered you from the domain of darkness and transferred you to the kingdom of His beloved Son Who has provided redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:12-14)? No other gifts are as great as what God has given to us, therefore, our prayers should be filled with adoration of Him. Our hearts should be brimming with praise to God that overflows to everyone around us.
