Health care sharing 'more faith-filled' than health insurance or Medicare
By Samaritan members · Jun 01, 2026
We joined Samaritan Ministries in 2015, and it has been one of the greatest blessings in our lives. Instead of navigating the complexities and uncertainties of insurance or Medicare plans, we’ve experienced something far more personal and faith-filled: the Body of Christ caring for one another.
Over the years, whenever medical needs have come up, fellow believers have stepped in with not only financial support, but heartfelt prayers and encouraging notes. Each time a need was met, we were reminded that we’re part of a real Christian community—one that shares burdens, celebrates victories, and lives out biblical stewardship.
Samaritan Ministries has given us peace of mind, clarity, and a deep sense of connection. We’ve seen our needs shared and have been able to help meet the needs of others as well. It’s a model of mutual care that feels both practical and deeply meaningful.
If you’re considering health care sharing, our experience may encourage you. For us, Samaritan Ministries has been more than a health care solution—it has been a testament to God’s faithfulness through His people.
