III. Amending and Mediating the Guidelines A. These Guidelines may be amended by the Samaritan Ministries Board of Directors. The Board has the option of taking an advisory vote of the Save to Share™ participants. B. If a member disagrees with a determination made by the Samaritan Ministries staff regarding a need, they may ask for the matter to be submitted to thirteen randomly chosen Save to Share™ participants. C. Any disputes remaining after this resolution process will be handled using the mediation/arbitration procedures specified in the CHCN Guidelines, Section XII:B and C.
